Application not functioning well

Many issues faced with this application, there were issues with logging in, then worked fine. Then the application freezes when being logged in. Contacted the Tech support several times and didn't solve anything, their solution is delete and reinstall which didnt work as well.
I would say this is the worst Bank related application I have ever seen/used.
Unable to change phone number

Hi,
I am wondering why I can’t change my phone number in the App, as I changed my number and the App still stuck on the old one!
Each time Im calling NBI support they are telling it will be fixed soon in the next update!
So, when this next update will be ???

This app has a problem every day, your bank is very good, exactly the customer care service has many ability to solve the issues, but the app unfortunatly bad, now a day is not working for transfer.
