I’ve never had a problem with these people until today and it’s a pretty BIG problem. There were issues with my card so it was canceled and being replaced. Well my entire paycheck is direct deposited into the account and I have multiple cards with this company so I figured I’d just transfer the money to a working card. It wouldn’t let me. I called and the representative told me there was nothing on their side showing why I couldn’t transfer money. According to the User Card Agreement; I haven’t violated anything or exceeded my transfer limit. So now I have no access to MY OWN MONEY; I’ve waited 2 weeks to get paid now I can’t access it, and they told me to just wait until the new card arrived because that was my only option. They did say they were sending the account for review which we all know will be a process in itself. I am canceling my direct deposit first thing tomorrow because their Card User Agreement is trash if they don’t have to abide by it themselves. There’s no reason the representative shouldn’t be able to transfer my money on their end. This is a bunch of CRAP!!

My cards have both been lost and I’ve called the help support number multiple times they ask me to provide information so that they can confirm it is me they give me trouble all through the call they won’t give me the routing number or account number fine found it in CARDPrepaidDebit but the account number is 13 digits long when with a normal account it’s typically only 12 they wouldn’t give me card information I asked for multiple times when almost any other app would let you see the freaking card number CARDPrepaidDebit will not they make the most simple task extremely hard and irritating this is a horrible app seriously if you are looking for a prepaid card you can use with ease and have customer support that can actually help DO NOT. I REPEAT DO DO NOT use this card service.

The worst bank ever it’s made for non working people. People that waits for a check from the government to where there access is very limited not the bank if you are the type to transfer money and don’t lose or damage your card your waiting 2 1/2 weeks for it in the mail and all customer service is going to tell you which is the same people you have to wait for it in the mail or transfer money if u exceeded their amount you have to wait for in the mail and no you can’t cancel one card and put it on to your other card that is linked

I misplaced my card and needed to pay my rent. After many calls to customer service even tho it says send to someone else, they mean another card with same company on file. Not another person. That was a fail! Then when you try to transfer out to the bank your linked to, also a fail! I spent a few hours trying to figured out how to get my money out to pay bills, but nothing! I was so frustrated I’d rather go to another bank. This card is good for on the side purchase. But otherwise it’s the worst! You ask rep about the ability to transfer money, one of them will say; “ if the bank accepts ach you can transfer!” Then I called my bank and due to the fact that they told me my bank had to do it was a lie! I thought it was funny, because my card should be initiating the information or request. I called my card back and told them my bank does not do that, it has to be through you. Then they said to me; “we don’t have that service to transfer out!” I wanted to smash the phone!!!! I hate this company!!!!!

I used the share a link to get the $50 referral. When my husband and I haven’t received the $50, I called the customer service number and they kept putting me in a loop. First they said the link can only be shared by email but I told him that it can be sent by text. So they had me send proof of that. When I sent proof, they then said that my husband‘s direct deposit was not a real direct deposit, so now we have to send proof. In between both of those interactions, they said to wait for 48 hours to get a callback in which we never received a callback so we had to call them back. I have never seen a company works so hard to not give somebody a referral bonus.

This is the worst card I’ve ever had!!! All of my money is on this card and they decided to lock my card to verify charges. The problem is they locked my card on a Saturday and the only way to unlock the card is to speak to someone but nobody is there on the weekends to do this. So all of my money is on this card but the is disabled until they reopen on Monday so I am stuck I desperately need access to my money but I won’t have access until Monday. To say that I’m upset is an understatement!! I’m livid!!! As soon as I get access to my money I withdrawing it and cutting this card in half!! The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life!!!!!

I got this card and had money loaded on a couple of years ago and now I had my 2018 taxes loaded on her and it’s not telling me anything I keep calling and it’s saying download CARDPrepaidDebit .. Well I have CARDPrepaidDebit and it’s no dam way I can speak to anyone about if they can see my taxes being deposited...I would’ve went to the other competitors if I knew that ... I keep calling and it just says something about some last 30 days but it’s not letting u speak to a live person to see if anything is coming so I’m just up here n dam Limbo .. .. I just know that I live and I learned I’ll never refer this card to anyone else ....Oh yea and I also order the card in July and didn’t get the card for months later and I don’t meat2-3 months either

Normally I don’t write reviews but this needs to be written. The card claims it has no fees. I opened it up because they had a cute Lisa frank card and I thought it would be good to give my daughter to use in school. Unfortunately they charged me 9.95 as soon as my deposit hit and the card hadn’t even been used. So they have a monthly maintenance charge which is crap since what maintenance are the conducting?! Please do yourself a favor and get yourself a chime card they are truly NO FEES, PAYCHECK 2-days earlier; and they even offer SPOTME so Instead of charging overdraft fees, they actually loan you money until you get your next direct deposit. STAY AWAY!!!!! It’s not worth it in this day and age.

Worse than a one rating. For five years the were good. Then it all went south. I have had problems with direct deposits not going through for weeks. I have had customer service issues, when I can get them to answer their phone. They are rude, and uncooperative to my wife and never let me speak to a supervisor when requested. I have had a card number compromised and used at an A.T.M. They perp wipes out my bank account and the company wouldn’t reimburse my money until I sent a copy of the police report. Last year I had a card that was damaged and three weeks worth of pay that was inaccessible because they canceled the card and issued me a new one that took two weeks to receive. Once I had it I had to wait several days for them to activate it and transfer my money to it. Terrible company based in a foreign country and soon to be going under I hope and pray.

If there’s any charges that are fraudulent or that you dispute or show up on your card for any reason that you don’t know what they are how the company handles the situation is that they automatically credit you for whatever the amount maybe then after what they call an investigation. Which is basically nothing I asked him to show me proof and provide me any kind of factual information that they had and what they did is place a phone call where the recipient did not answer the phone. After that they take the money back out of your account a month later plus interest added on so it’sA scam on their end to make money and you have no protection as a buyer anybody can take money out any fraudulent charges could occur anything could happen and there’s no protection against it! It’s also extremely hard to get a live person on the phone if you’re able to at all

I’m very upset!! You guys have no means to acknowledge emergency situations. The transfer limit per 30 calendar days is too low. I have two cards with you guys and one of my cards is damaged. (Yes I ordered a new one). But I have my government benefits deposited onto my Betty Boop card and I can’t even transfer the funds to my Aaron Rogers card due to low transfer amounts. I called and explained my situation and there is no way for management to override an extra couple hundred bucks. I have bills due. I have two children in home school due to the pandemic and my internet is about to be disconnected. My lights are about to be turned off and my children and I are low on food. The lack of concern from the CSR and Management was very disturbing. U guys are good with the crafty card designs and the direct deposits arrive sooner than most prepaid cards. But I’m still highly upset on the transfer limit especially during times like this.

Why am I waiting for 2 hours ON HOLD while calling on MULITPLE LINES, from a great device, for you to pick up a phone? Is no one working? Why does CARDPrepaidDebit CONSTANTLY CRASH? Why do you lock my card without telling me? Why am I unable to see this status when CARDPrepaidDebit actually works? Why do I have to call you, TO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, for hours on end, when I should have this feature from CARDPrepaidDebit —SURPRISE, I’m an adult—if I see a suspicious purchase, I should be able to lock my card and unlock it, at my leisure!!!!! Since you WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, I should probably be provided with resources, where I can find my own solutions, instead of wasting my TIME, ON HOLD? Please hire some people that ACTUALLY pick up the phone—because apparently, when you call during the appropriate hours, NO OME WORKS THERE. You may want to introduce a CHAT feature, so employees can multitask and to help with the (nonexistent) “higher than usual wait times due to (nonexistent) other callers.”

I ordered my card on August 6 of 2020, the same day I referred a friend. He received his card before me, he received his card about a week later, I still have yet to receive my card and it is August 25 of 2020, they have already taken out the $10 fee for the month, so the $50 I had is now gone because they took the $10 off for my monthly fee for a card I DON’T EVEN HAVE YET🤦🏽♀️ so now when I get my card,(if)I ever get my card I will only have $40 on there. Like I said I ordered my card on my birthday August 6 of 2020 it is now August 25 of 2020 and I still have yet to receive my card, even if you don’t count Saturday’s & Sunday’s there is NO WAY I SHOULDN’T HAVE MY CARD BY NOW😡but the person I referred has already gotten theirs like I said they got theirs a week later, with the $50 on there but I haven’t received mines and I won’t be getting the $50 because they took their monthly fee of $10 off so whenever IF EVER I GET MY CARD I’LL ONLY HAVE $40 on it.. smfh definitely wouldn’t recommend this card for anyone😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I’m just now able to activate my card after about a week. I had to do it on the actual website. For some reason, CARDPrepaidDebit won’t allow me to log in. It keeps saying my password is wrong no matter how many times I change it online. I’ve tried multiple times to change it in CARDPrepaidDebit using the ‘forgot my password’ link, but it won’t send me the link through email to change it. I like the idea of this card but this is too tedious at this point. If this changes then I’ll change my review. If not then I just give up.

I know it’s a great app for when it comes to comparing to Cash App I mean it’s faster easier just all-around is better but you know it’s not really an instant deposit if it takes 14 days for your card to get here in more than two days for the money to show up but I mean I love it I just wish I didn’t take 14 days for a card to show up and it was instant within like couple minutes because I’ve sent like probably 20 invitations for the $50 now and guess what nobody has yet been able to because I have to wait 14 days

I really like CARDPrepaidDebit and I love the designs and the fact that you can design your card using the hundreds of design they have to choose from. The only real problem I have had so far is that it's hard to link with another bank, it says having problems connecting this bank.. Other than that problem, there is nothing I didn't like about this debit card.

I am planning to use this card overseas and it seems the safest way next to having cash bc there is no way of messing up your credit AND like cash if you lose it then you don’t have to worry about again your credit card being compromised. Just be careful. I give it 3 stars because I unfortunately don’t like that in one years time they charge you 119+ a year to have the card. I wish there was a way to bypass BUT I guess you can’t complain since it is a prepaid AND again it doesn’t effect your credit having it. Like a bank card you only use what you actually have.

I’m not sure if an iPhone makes a difference or not as far as the atm and reload locator but mine seems to be loading perfectly fine, being somewhat new to the world of plastic, oh and the having money thing ( that’s different 🤪) I find it quite helpful, but only having had a days experience the only problem I could foresee myself having is security issues, I’m not very trusting and horrible.....I mean HORRIBLE with a cell phone, and it may be somewhat too easy but that’s where I remind myself that I’m grown and maybe need to learn some responsibility, as of now that’s the only way I could be more satisfied is if people could somehow obtain responsibility from CARDPrepaidDebit or card itself.....I’ll keep using it until then, and definitely remain hopeful 🤓

CARDPrepaidDebit is great! Runs very smoothly with no issues and it never crashes however, I would love to see them put the available amount under the deducted amount since it doesn’t always clear right away. That would make it much easier to keep track of funds 😅 I’ve been waiting over 24 hours for the rest to clear so I still don’t know how much I actually have!

I love how we can decide which design because everyone is different… recently since receiving my care bear design card… I’ve received many comments and likes on it every store or fast food restaurant….etc.. so great job and may I suggest if you guys would consider making like a avengers marvel design or any marvel or dc design I bet u would bring in way more customers especially guys. Most of the designs are for more of the female ratio versus the young to mid age men group just saying …. If I could I would give u guys 10 stars tho ….cause no one can compete as far as the assortment of designs you have…

If I could give them no stars I would. My card was lost on a Friday night after an outing with my children at a bounce house I left and returned home and noticed I lost my card went on CARDPrepaidDebit to lock my card but already had 142 dollars missing so the office is closed weekends so I had no one to talk to I called that Monday morning and made a dispute 2 weeks later my case was denied no one called as promised nor got a email saying anything customer service is a joke and so is the dispute company I don’t recommend this card company to anyone

This card doesn’t deserve a star at all.. been waiting for my card for more than 20 days and still never receive it than they won’t let you transfer your own money to a different card all my bills have charge me late fees because I don’t have my card and they said they did their part sending the card and they can’t help me with anything I even beg them to transfer my money to a different card so I can just pay the bill but no they won’t let me because I don’t have my card .. now I’m so behind all my bliss because of I never receive my card

I’ve tried multiple times to get CARDPrepaidDebit to work and it doesn’t it just freezes on “getting balance and transactions” only reason I downloaded CARDPrepaidDebit is because every time I call I can never get a real person to speak with it just gives me options that I don’t need and tells me to download this trash of an app I’m gonna end up suing this company if I can’t get my money I’ve been waiting for a replacement card for a month now and still haven’t got it as if I don’t have bills to pay so I’m heated please don’t go through what I am currently going just to get ahold of your own hard earned cash

I love my cards and the way I have no problem with anything! I have had my cards for a long time and use them just about everywhere. The only issue I have seen is that sometimes CARDPrepaidDebit will not work and that is an inconvenience when I am trying to move money to another card. Otherwise I have love everything about these cards and CARDPrepaidDebit !!!

I love CARDPrepaidDebit. My bank was screwing me over and this has been a great alternative. However I was o my able to mobile deposit one check before it stopped working. I’m very upset that it no longer works for me to deposit it through CARDPrepaidDebit . When I select load checks it says it’s loading for a few second then never continues for me to enter the information. It’s very unconventional.

It is a good app, gets the job done quick. But if all the features worked, I’d be more prone to give it 5 stars, or invite my friends to use it. Sometimes I get charged for no reason, the notifications refuse to work and I can’t transfer money to save my life! Fix all that and CARDPrepaidDebit will be way more useful to way more people :)

You should fix the notification because it’s showing as one but there is nothing to be seen. The previous comment was posted about 2 years ago and that glitch has yet to be fixed.

For those of you folks that have a hard time with simple math, this card is probably not for you. But for the consumer like I, this card is exactly what you would want with a prepaid debit card because of the low, sometimes no fees where others charge astronomical rates! All I have to say is wow! And thank you so much for being my trusted prepaid debit card organization! We travel well together!

I’ve been using CARDPrepaidDebit for my credit card for quite some time now. I’ve had no problems with CARDPrepaidDebit or the card. It’s a great app 10 outta 10 would recommend a card if u work anywhere and wanna get paid early. You can get texts for when u spend money which allows u to know when u spend money, if there’s a transaction that you didn’t make it’s easily taken care of.
