The account I have is for my deceased father but I want to use same email to set up account for me
at my procedure on 02/08/2026 i was given a receipt for payment that i don't remember, how can i lo

Login and they system just buffers and never connects information to account. Unable to see anything.
The app has not been working for me properly. Most of the selections are not even showing on the screen that should be showing. My provider sent me a new link so I can try to restart the app and it is still not working properly. The app is useless to me at this point.
Hi, I tried to look at my pathology reports from 10-10-23 but all day long the screen just keeps showing a wheel turning in circles

I have been having an issue every time I sign on for over 2 weeks. It says error loading health record, I used to be able to see records before the 10th of August and have been to the ER 3 times since and can not access my health records. I have contacted them but they have not fixed the problem. I need my records. I have requested them from the hospital but it will take a couple weeks to get them. So frustrating. I can not be the only person that this has happened to. It is not my browser or computer. I can access my husband's records using the same computer and browser.
Not able to register. I need my medical report and I’m not in the states.
