This watch is garbage. I already sent in a watch on warrant. The replacement doesn't charge. So now I'm out the $20 for purchase and $5 for shipping for the warranty.

We bought 2 Q7 watches on the weekend, and mine works well enough. the heart rate monitor runs a little high, but it's fairly close. My wife's watch on the other hand won't take a charge. It connects to the charger fine, charges to 1%, and then the screen flickers the Q7 Logo. Her phone has connected to the watch, but it is unable to update due to lack of charge. We have tried charging from different sources, used my charging clip, nothing works. It seems to have a defective battery, or a short circuit

I bought this smartwatch today at JCPenney. This watch is priced at $85 but they had a sale going on. I bought it for $20. Brand new out of the packaging. I put it on the charger, and nothing happened. The golden prongs on the charger are on the opposite side from what the manual and quick start guide show. Why is the charger so incompetently designed? Literally any dust or dirt could wear it down and make it unable to secure a connection between the watch and charger. However, fresh out of the box, this should not be happening. It has been on the charger for at least 3 hours and it is not responsive at all. No wonder JCPenney had a sale on this item, its a piece of crap. I'm glad I didn't waste $85 on this.

My watch is continuously flashing Q7, but it will not turn on , off or connect with my phone? I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no avail. What is going on? I have had other smart watches and this one appears to be a rip off. I’ve only had it for a few months and things have stopped working, such as the weather, location, and phone notifications. Can you help? I like the watch, but it is very.disappointing.

Before you go getting this stupid app read this. Don’t get it, it works for a little bit until you update it, it said don’t turn off while updating or will mess up device it didn’t go off once I did everything thing right, and when update was over I reset my watch like it said and when I went to go on the the app it said Q7 wereables and then kicked me out and I tryed a lot of times still didn’t work I even deleted it and downloaded it again!! So if your thinking about getting this app DONT! And makers of this app there is a million of bad reviews of this app and you haven’t done anything so I suggest you make this app better! Please.

Waste of time and money

Bought one and it was looked to be a returned one. Contacted Q7 they quickly responded and sent a new watch. This watch does not give you a option on a lot of settings. Can’t even get to a Bluetooth setting. The replacement watch was delivered today I opened turned the watch on and it did not ask me to choose any language etc. I downloaded from the App Store it connected would not sync with my IPhone it showed needing an update so the app updated and after that it disconnected and the app crashed will not do anything. I’ve spent two hrs messing with this and I did the trouble shooting for my iPhone and Q7 Smart watch . They do not have a phone number for support to help walk through the setup or technical issues. They have a lot of bugs and issues they should have fixed , they also say try a older app for the Q7 and there are none. You might as well get one from your phone carrier to keep from wasting your money.

Watch Doesn’t Charge

I did everything correctly regarding charging the watch. I charged it because it’s factory charge was completely drained. So I go to charge it and it’s been about an hour of the same blinking q7 screen showing the watch is at 1 percent and then dying right after. It just repeats. I can’t even do anything with the watch at all and I have already emailed customer service. Awaiting a response as to why this watch is stunlocked and unable to even charge.
