1 month agoMy I touch watch stopped working, when put on charge no life. I took it to the people who set the watch for me & they said take it back where you bought it from as its the watch faulty. This watch was bought by a friend from a cruise ship in December's for my birthday present for January. Please advise.

5 months agoPurchased itouch 3 Air, and cannot get it to pair! I have never had an issue with these watches before! I am beyond upset! I have followed steps and product will not connect! No one will respond and I am Mad! I have a an ITECH watch, cheapo that works better than this one!

8 months agoi would like a refund, cause the clear top face fell apart,and there is somethings i cann't down load. got at a Pennys, 5/24/23 it is a sport 3 touch. not a happy person.

8 months agoI am trying to reset the date and time on my watch, when I scan the code in the APP, it keeps going in circles. Not sure what the issue is, I have the bluetooth on and still no connection. Appreciate the assistance.

When I tried to get it back up and running it fails to pair, and it goes back to my original set up date and the time is about 4 hours behind. I am upset I can’t get it to set up. All around just bad
Bought this last November-ish; watch came with ear pods. Ear pods never even worked from the getgo. Not once. Actually threw them away. Never received notifications on the watch even though every setting was correct. Then started working out of nowhere. Then stopped. Then started. Never changed anything on my end at any point. Weather works when it wants to. Literally 50/50. All worked well again for a bit. Then notifications stopped again. So I gave up for a while and deleted this app and reset the watch. Downloaded the app again and tried to login and said my password was incorrect so I tried to reset it; told me 4 times it sent me a OTP in email. Never received one email. Nothing about this app or watch or ear pods are worth money so save your money and don’t buy or use the app. It’s just not worth it and by the looks of all the other low starred reviews…..yea.

Error messages and lost data
I’ve been using it successfully for two weeks. Now this weekend the app doesn’t recognize me, won’t let me login. So I did all of the power off/on, delete app, power off/on, blah blah blah. Says there’s no account associated with my email address. Multiple error messages. won’t allow me to login via apple or Google. More error messages. I’m completely locked out. Called customer service in the middle of the day -that is advertised as 7 days/week. No answer. So now I have a functional itouch but no way to track the data. Very disappointed.

One of the worst purchases ever
I understand this watch is an affordable alternative to an Apple Watch but it is barely functional. It doesn’t connect to your phone for calls, texts, etc. even when it says connected. The workout and running functions on the phone and app are useless at neither tracks well nor give you the information you are looking for i.e. time/distance/pace. You just get a running stopwatch. Save your money for a Fitbit or Apple Watch.
