I’ve had this watch for over a month and all of a sudden it won’t record my steps?! I tried resetting it and shutting it off & on and it still won’t record my steps!!! Don’t know what happened it was working the other day. This is super frustrating

I got this watch as a Christmas present, when I first got it, the watch was ok but took a few days to start recording my steps. A 4-5 days ago randomly I got done with a workout and it said 0 steps when I use the sports mode! And even just the watch in general won’t record my steps at all. I’ve tried resetting the watch twice/turning it on and off. I talked to someone on customer support who had me send my receipt & said I can send the watch back in and get a new watch. At this point I don’t even want to hassle I just want a refund !!! I should’ve just got a Apple Watch!

App no longer connects

App randomly disconnected from watch, tried several steps to try and reconnect. When I un-installed and re-installed the app it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn’t let me enter my DOB properly. Tried dragging the month to my birth month and it would automatically go back to February for some reason, same for day/year. Tried turning watch off & back on. Can’t update firmware because it no longer connects or can be discovered by the app.

Freeze Watch

Time and time again..pun intended, my watch freezes up. Can’t swipe, can’t reset, can’t turn on/off. I refer to the app and place it in wrist rotation motion. Works for watch face and still can’t swipe. Don’t dare put it in camera remote mode from the app because it will freeze there. Sometimes takes a week before it starts working again. Your firmware must be constantly crashing guys..so frustrating!!!!
