I’ve had this watch for over a month and all of a sudden it won’t record my steps?! I tried resetting it and shutting it off & on and it still won’t record my steps!!! Don’t know what happened it was working the other day. This is super frustrating

Don’t waste your time and money

I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought this X-Five so-called “smart watch!” I was looking for an alternative to Fitbit. THIS AIN’T IT FOLKS!!! It looks pretty but the operation is not working for me. I was walking on my treadmill and when I stopped the app showed “0” steps! I just wanted a way to track my daily steps, but this watch doesn’t do that. The sports mode doesn’t even include simple things like walking or treadmill. And I didn’t see an option to add them either. I’m just glad it was on sale when I bought it because if I had paid the msrp price of $90 I would really be upset!!! I’m deleting this app now and putting this pretty but useless phone back in its box!!! Go back to the drawing board app designers! You missed it on this one!

Too many issues

I got this watch as a Christmas present, when I first got it, the watch was ok but took a few days to start recording my steps. A 4-5 days ago randomly I got done with a workout and it said 0 steps when I use the sports mode! And even just the watch in general won’t record my steps at all. I’ve tried resetting the watch twice/turning it on and off. I talked to someone on customer support who had me send my receipt & said I can send the watch back in and get a new watch. At this point I don’t even want to hassle I just want a refund !!! I should’ve just got a Apple Watch!

App no longer connects

App randomly disconnected from watch, tried several steps to try and reconnect. When I un-installed and re-installed the app it wouldn’t let me sign in with my existing account. Tried to create a new account and it wouldn’t let me enter my DOB properly. Tried dragging the month to my birth month and it would automatically go back to February for some reason, same for day/year. Tried turning watch off & back on. Can’t update firmware because it no longer connects or can be discovered by the app.
