Before you go getting this stupid app read this. Don’t get it, it works for a little bit until you update it, it said don’t turn off while updating or will mess up device it didn’t go off once I did everything thing right, and when update was over I reset my watch like it said and when I went to go on the Q7Wearables it said Q7 wereables and then kicked me out and I tryed a lot of times still didn’t work I even deleted it and downloaded it again!! So if your thinking about getting Q7Wearables DONT! And makers of Q7Wearables there is a million of bad reviews of Q7Wearables and you haven’t done anything so I suggest you make Q7Wearables better! Please.

Bought one and it was looked to be a returned one. Contacted Q7 they quickly responded and sent a new watch.
This watch does not give you a option on a lot of settings. Can’t even get to a Bluetooth setting.
The replacement watch was delivered today I opened turned the watch on and it did not ask me to choose any language etc. I downloaded from Q7Wearables Store it connected would not sync with my IPhone it showed needing an update so Q7Wearables updated and after that it disconnected and Q7Wearables crashed will not do anything.
I’ve spent two hrs messing with this and I did the trouble shooting for my iPhone and Q7 Smart watch . They do not have a phone number for support to help walk through the setup or technical issues.
They have a lot of bugs and issues they should have fixed , they also say try a older app for the Q7 and there are none.
You might as well get one from your phone carrier to keep from wasting your money.

I did everything correctly regarding charging the watch. I charged it because it’s factory charge was completely drained. So I go to charge it and it’s been about an hour of the same blinking q7 screen showing the watch is at 1 percent and then dying right after. It just repeats. I can’t even do anything with the watch at all and I have already emailed customer service. Awaiting a response as to why this watch is stunlocked and unable to even charge.

Even though the watch is fully connected, I can’t get weather , change faces use the camera or music remote. Also in Q7Wearables I can not change notifications I want or don’t and it keeps telling me I have to connect to a device to use these features when my watch is fully connected.

I just got this watch yesterday and charged it to wear today. I love the clear large face. The 1st problem is that I have done the firmware update 4 or 5 times and when it’s completed and the update indicator is gone I shut the watch off as instructed and wait a minute and turn it back on. Every time the update indicator is back on again. Also I have set a test alarm 3 times and it has disappeared each time before the alarm goes off.

Having the same problem as others. Q7Wearables will not engage after the update. After troubleshooting, I still can get it to display the weather or my texts notifications. Not really impressed. I was very leery to get the watch after reading the reviews. But I thought as long as I can get the time, weather, and call/texts notifications, it would satisfy my need for it. But it’s not even doing that!

I haven’t had the opportunity of turning it on yet, it’s still charging. However, I was checking out Q7Wearables that goes along with it. My Fitbit has a period tracker for biological females. Apparently this watch couldn’t fit that in. No worries, I’ll continue to use a different app I suppose. What I find to be the issue is this device is supposed to help with health, yet there’s no way for me to input that I’m pregnant. Which I find to be very important to properly monitor my health and fluctuating weight, heart rate, blood pressure, ect. Fitbit also does not offer this option. Who should I reach out to, to resolve this issue?

The watch itself is durable and easy to operate. The 3 stars rating is for Q7Wearables . I am unable to access Q7Wearables at all. The last update is when it started. I’ll open Q7Wearables on my phone and it won’t even load, it kicks me off. Also the messaging feature shows my Facebook messages not my txt messages.

Installed Q7Wearables won’t load just says Q7 and then goes black I’m still getting all my text and everything just can’t get into app. So right now give it 3stars and yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. Maybe you have a update or something to fix this.

At first my watch was okay I was still figuring out some other things. Then I went to go update it on Q7Wearables and after it was done it shut me out every other time I tried to go on Q7Wearables . Every time I tried to re-open Q7Wearables on my phone it will take me off Q7Wearables right away. I had to do delete Q7Wearables , disconnect the Bluetooth, shut my watch off a few times, and try other apps just to see what i could do to try an fix it. I had mixed emotions about this watch but now I love it!.

It’s definitely a nice display for the price. The weather is an issue but you guys already seem to understand that it’s a problem. I also think on Q7Wearables , you should be able to customize your wallpaper on the watch. I like it overall though :)

It worked great until I was opening Q7Wearables and I hadn’t even had it for a day and Q7Wearables opened for half a second then went back to the Home Screen. It doesn’t work anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling Q7Wearables and restarting my phone. Nothing works. But later I was looking at reviews on Q7Wearables Store and opened Q7Wearables from Q7Wearables Store and it worked normally ever since then.

I like this watch and Q7Wearables overall but it says it pairs with the Apple Health app but when I try to get it to work, I even went into the apple health settings and turned on all accessibility options, it still suggested I wasn’t connected. My steps on the watch and my step on my apple health are totally different because of this.

I like the watch and the fact it came with two different bands. The screen is easy to ready as well. However after a year of eating and using Q7Wearables , Q7Wearables no longer works. I chose Q7Wearables and my phone returns to the Home Screen. I deleted Q7Wearables to maybe start over and I still can access Q7Wearables .

My watch was working great and I was receiving all the notifications until I updated it stopped working and I would open Q7Wearables and it would close again until i disconnected the watch from Bluetooth and added again it started working like normal!!!

I absolutely love Q7Wearables and device! I wish it had a water tracker and that you could respond to messages, but that’s okay! It does a great job of tracking your steps and I love the monitoring heart rate feature! I 10/10 recommend this device and app for anyone wanting to keep track of their steps.

This is not easy , having hard time connecting to Bluetooth and can’t change the time when hold your finger in face it does make a small vibrate but doesn’t let you change the time so annoyed

I hate spending too much time on my phone, so being able to read notifications without taking it out is awesome. The sleep tracker and alarm are also very good features. Accidentally breaking my first Q7 literally made me feel extremely sad, but now I have another one that provides good features for the price.

I got my watch yesterday. I charged it overnight and downloaded Q7Wearables . This morning after following the directions my watch was working. It was synchronized with my IPhone and I had an update. After the update Q7Wearables on the iPhone no longer works. I will tap it to start it but it won’t engage. I am able to use the watch but unable to sync with my iPhone. Please advise

I am a computer network engineer and I have found several smart watches are almost impossible to connect and use Bluetooth programming language to get them to work properly they have disconnected and Q7Wearables worked it was very simple. Thank you and good job!

I will be returning if there is no actual activity tracker, specific to fitness. I have no idea if it is possible to add activities. On Q7Wearables and watch, only running comes up. If this watch does everything it does, but only counts your steps and tracks where you’ve run, this is not the watch you want to count calories burned for working out, or any other fitness- bc it doesn’t track it.

I’ve had this watch for 1 1/2 days and it stopped working. It is fully charged and just shut down and will not power back on. I have reinstalled Q7Wearables to no avail. I should have know better after reading the reviews but I purchased it anyway. Such a disappointment.

I have tried many ways to pair this watch but failed.
If it doesn’t pair it’s useless.
I got 5 watches because I got very good deal for entire family.
I asked for help. I hope I get it. I tried to Add this to my phone with no avail.
Many times I put it off and Bluetooth on and off. Still not be able to connect. Hope the support will help me .
I closed all the phone and tried one phone after another but failed.
Hope I get good answers to find what Is the real cause of failure?? If does not work I have to return all the phones.
Though the company says to call them and I called with no answer.

On my other q7 smart watch, I would get text and email notifications. I can not get email on this new q7, I can only get text notifications.

My weather/temp won’t change from zero and my sleep time says 2hours though I take the watch off several hours before going to bed. Frustrating.

My sleep is very broken. I may get up for a couple hours in the middle of the night but it lumps all the sleep hours together and has me at great sleep when I do not sleep much at all. I wish it would record other activity besides walking, like biking.

Watch was working great. Stopped working tonight. Can’t get Q7Wearables to stay connected with watch. I set alarm, notifications, watch face then it disappears. Tried several times. Face is black on watch cannot get it to work. I put charger on it for the night but I don’t think that is the problem. Will check it in morning not happy. Can’t send cause it keeps saying nickname taken

Ive had my Q7 a week and it was working just fine now it won’t connect with my phone? What can i do? Help? Today I followed developers advice and with no problem my watch is working properly. Thank you for the price im sastfied🤔😃

This is the worst watch ever. There aren’t any instructions on how to set the clock or how to read your heart rate etc. I’m very frustrated with trying to get information on using this watch. I may as well have bought another brand. I’m taking this crap back to the store.
