I got my watch yesterday. I charged it overnight and downloaded the app. This morning after following the directions my watch was working. It was synchronized with my IPhone and I had an update. After the update the app on the iPhone no longer works. I will tap it to start it but it won’t engage. I am able to use the watch but unable to sync with my iPhone. Please advise
Watch was working great. Stopped working tonight. Can’t get the app to stay connected with watch. I set alarm, notifications, watch face then it disappears. Tried several times. Face is black on watch cannot get it to work. I put charger on it for the night but I don’t think that is the problem. Will check it in morning not happy. Can’t send cause it keeps saying nickname taken
I will be returning if there is no actual activity tracker, specific to fitness. I have no idea if it is possible to add activities. On the app and watch, only running comes up. If this watch does everything it does, but only counts your steps and tracks where you’ve run, this is not the watch you want to count calories burned for working out, or any other fitness- bc it doesn’t track it.
This is the worst watch ever. There aren’t any instructions on how to set the clock or how to read your heart rate etc. I’m very frustrated with trying to get information on using this watch. I may as well have bought another brand. I’m taking this crap back to the store.
Ive had my Q7 a week and it was working just fine now it won’t connect with my phone? What can i do? Help? Today I followed developers advice and with no problem my watch is working properly. Thank you for the price im sastfied🤔😃
Very difficult to Pair this watch
I have tried many ways to pair this watch but failed. If it doesn’t pair it’s useless. I got 5 watches because I got very good deal for entire family. I asked for help. I hope I get it. I tried to Add this to my phone with no avail. Many times I put it off and Bluetooth on and off. Still not be able to connect. Hope the support will help me . I closed all the phone and tried one phone after another but failed. Hope I get good answers to find what Is the real cause of failure?? If does not work I have to return all the phones. Though the company says to call them and I called with no answer.
Can not get the correct time on my watch. Cornville1170
My sleep is very broken. I may get up for a couple hours in the middle of the night but it lumps all the sleep hours together and has me at great sleep when I do not sleep much at all. I wish it would record other activity besides walking, like biking.
This is not easy , having hard time connecting to Bluetooth and can’t change the time when hold your finger in face it does make a small vibrate but doesn’t let you change the time so annoyed
I’ve had this watch for 1 1/2 days and it stopped working. It is fully charged and just shut down and will not power back on. I have reinstalled the App to no avail. I should have know better after reading the reviews but I purchased it anyway. Such a disappointment.
Some reason I am not getting any text messages but I think it’s just me this a great app
Apps don’t seem to work
My weather/temp won’t change from zero and my sleep time says 2hours though I take the watch off several hours before going to bed. Frustrating.
Took a couple of tries but I got it to work
On my other q7 smart watch, I would get text and email notifications. I can not get email on this new q7, I can only get text notifications.
Did update now App won’t open.
Only bought the watch because of its price that’s what I need as far as counting my steps and telling me the time but that’s it!
