How to fix MG Flasher app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MG Flasher app on iPhone
Update MG Flasher app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MG Flasher iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MG Flasher on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MG Flasher network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MG Flasher Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MG Flasher not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MG Flasher App
1. On android, goto Settings » MG Flasher » click [Force Stop]

Update MG Flasher to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MG Flasher App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MG Flasher » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MG Flasher.

Fix MG Flasher unable to contact server/ MG Flasher internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MG Flasher » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MG Flasher » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MG Flasher
