When I open the Yoshinoya app on my iPhone it asks for phone number associated with account, so I can get instructions on how to sign in. The problem is it keeps asking for the phone number over and over again. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not fix the problem.

I bought a new phone. I cannot reload the Yoshinoya app on it. I get as far as you sending me a code to my email. I type in the six digit code and then hit continue. It then freezes up and never works. I tried deleting reloading the app several times but no luck. Please help.

How to fix Yoshinoya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yoshinoya app on iPhone
Update Yoshinoya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yoshinoya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yoshinoya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yoshinoya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yoshinoya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yoshinoya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yoshinoya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yoshinoya » click [Force Stop]

Update Yoshinoya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yoshinoya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yoshinoya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yoshinoya.

Fix Yoshinoya unable to contact server/ Yoshinoya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yoshinoya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yoshinoya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yoshinoya
