CarPass Remote Connect & Sync Status

I downloaded this by mistake. I was charged $19.99 but I cancelled as soon as I realized that I had been charged. Mychevroletapp does the same thing and the customer is not charged. Please advise. If I don't hear from you I will contact iTunes

This app is not compatible with my 2019 vw jetta. I paid $76 dollars and I want a refund.
