I don’t even understand this app I’ve made a transaction on the 23rd of this month and they debit me immediately and the person isn’t received the money yet and they never refunded my money back besides I can’t find anywhere to make a report the wallet please do something quickly if this wallet isn’t a scamming.

I transferred money from my bank twice and I can’t find the money in my wallet the app is a mess it’s putting contact info there but I can’t contact anyone with it I even made a complain to my other bank but they claim it’s already successful on there end is this a means to stealing money now I don’t understand 😡😡😡
