How to fix WAMO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WAMO app on iPhone
Update WAMO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WAMO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WAMO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WAMO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix WAMO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WAMO app issues:

Force Stop the WAMO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WAMO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WAMO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WAMO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WAMO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WAMO.

Fix WAMO unable to contact server/ WAMO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WAMO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WAMO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WAMO on android.
