Some of the games are shaded on Daniel Tiger's game. Why can't I open them?
My child can't download any game on the app despite having the internet on and the max storage set.
It takes a very long time for the app to load on the Fire Tablet
The pbs kids app suddenly stopped opening on an iPad. We uninstalled the app, shut down the iPad and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work.
Videos won’t load once in the app on my sons iPad. On my daughters it works
Wild Kratts Creature Mobile on the iPad does not show the arrows on the sides needed to steer the car.
We have the pbs video game app installed on our fire tablet but when you click on an actual game to play, it shows it loading and then when it is finished loading, we click on it to open and play said game only to have it switch to a black screen. No game or sound comes on. Just the red “X” in the corner for when you want to quit a game.
Unable to upload games within pbs go kids app.
