How to fix OQEE app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OQEE app on iPhone
Update OQEE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OQEE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OQEE on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OQEE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OQEE Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OQEE not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OQEE App
1. On android, goto Settings » OQEE » click [Force Stop]

Update OQEE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OQEE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OQEE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OQEE.

Fix OQEE unable to contact server/ OQEE internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OQEE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OQEE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
