So incredibly INFURIATING!

Each time I open it, it takes me to my account summary after logging in. It won’t even take you to the Cloud portion and there aren’t any links for you to get redirected there either. I’ve gone through the reviews and tried everything the CSR has replied back to others and told them to try. To my “astonishment”…… still not working, of course! I have a post-pay account as well and don’t have these issues, like another person mentioned. I chose a prepaid account for my data sucking 6yr old since he games/YouTube’s all day due to a broken femur, and this has been the worst decision so far. I don’t want to pay extra for iCloud when att’s cloud is included in his unlimited max plan. This momma is about to pull her hair out having to deal with this after I’ve been caring for him w/an extremely bad break for months now. 📣Calling on the AT&T Cloud Gods📣…. PLEASE work and make my life easier for just 5mins, that’s all I ask! 🤣

Getting GIPPED

ATTPersonalCloud as well as any and all of the AT&T apps have never worked on my device. All the apps do nothing more than have you sign into your account only to have it redirect to the browser to sign into the account which NEVER allows me to sign in using my account login and password unless I click on the “forgot password “ button to sign in even though I have not forgotten my password. I have even tried putting the same password I had used before resetting it and it told me that I couldn’t make my password the same as it was when I reset it. I don’t understand what the issue is. It’s just frustrating that I pay extra for an added cloud storage feature that won’t even let me use it in any way! I feel like I’m being gipped.

Not functional for me

Theoretically I have 100 gig of personal cloud space. So far, I can’t get to it. I’ve installed ATTPersonalCloud , removed it, installed it, removed it, and installed it. I spent hours on the phone with a wonderful att rep with no change. ATTPersonalCloud doesn’t work for me and I’m disappointed with all things at&t right now. What option do I have other than to switch providers? If your app won’t work, is there another way to access the cloud? I think the answer is no. I’m one very disgruntled future former AT&T customer.

Great app works very well with i phone

Just had it for few days so far it works great no problems it free for first 30 days for new customers great app i love it

Only uploaded 1 photo and all contacts

Only 1 photo was uploaded out of the thousands I have. I have 100gb cloud storage with my plan so it shouldn’t be a problem. ATTPersonalCloud is really bugged with media uploading. I even double checked my settings and says it can access all my photos. It just keeps saying content is waiting for backup.

Broken on Prepaid Unlimited Plus

Logged in to PayGoOnline to set up my account. Link says “click here” to continue on desktop. Great... except the link is broken on every web browser I try. If I can’t use it on desktop, it’s not getting on my phone. They said I do hope AT&T reads this and fixes the prepaid desktop portal link bug.

Good App!

Good app for storing photos. Do not know how well it works for syncing photos to a new iPhone because I do not need to upgrade at the moment.

AT&T Review

Been using it for about a year, and no complaints yet!

Annoying

Every time I open ATTPersonalCloud, on my IPhone, I’m having to re-sign in and it doesn’t even go to the cloud portion, it opens up my account summary. When I go to my open my cloud where it says “click here” ATTPersonalCloud crashes every time. I have a lot of cloud storage to use and no way to use it. Please fix this.

Seasoned customer

Seems like my post pay accounts and apps are operational. This prepaid is a whole different ball game. App doesn’t work on anything. Even customer service treatment is different; although I get an attitude change when they accident pull my post pay accounts. Att get it together.

Doesn’t work

I guess they don’t want you to upload anything. Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t work after the first time you sign in. Went through and selected 500+ photos and videos to save from my iPhone 7 Plus and I can’t even open ATTPersonalCloud now.

Won’t even start up

When I hit “get started” ATTPersonalCloud just continues to tell me “your AT&T personal cloud account is not active”. I have it as part of my service but I’m not even able to get to a screen where I would input my info so I don’t understand the issue. Help!

By

Useless

There is no reason to use this service. Dropbox is the same price and includes so many more features...why are we limited to just pictures, contacts and music? No other cloud service has this limitation as far as I know.

By

Doesn’t work

Tried to open on web browser and it says the link is invalid. AT&T said it works on chrome however google collects to much of your data and personal information so this isn’t helpful to me.

Att cloud

I downloaded the AT&T cloud and I keep on going in to use it and it keeps saying that it cannot be loaded and says it cannot be logged in it’s just very frustrating and I’ve done deleted it and reinstall they keep saying the same thing

By

App will Not Work!!!

I have tried everything that I can do to log into ATTPersonalCloud and nothing works. I even email the makers of ATTPersonalCloud and never heard back from them. What good does an att personal cloud app do if it doesn’t work???

By

I’m on prepaid and it does t work

I’m supposed to have 100GB but when I login, it just takes me to my account. Tried everything, others having same issue

By

Does not work

Like many ATT apps, this one will not let you log in no matter how many times you change your password.

By

Horrible

I only selected contacts to be backup but instead backup everything and I cant cancel it. Uninstalling. Btw I have iCloud so I figured I dont need itz

By

Why not?

Am I missing something or can I not share my plan with the other lines on my account?

By

Dafug

Won’t let me start a purchase. Only button says get started and it goes nowhere.

By

Useless

Can’t register through ATTPersonalCloud I’m just going to use apple’s cloud.

For months I have tried to figure out why my contacts are not visible when I log in to the personal cloud account which works intermittently. Tech support barely knows anything about the cloud. Last time I called I was told that this is through a third party. Seriously? I should have stayed with Verizon. ATT should offer this service for free until issue is resolved. I would like to back up my pictures and contacts and be able to see them online. Was able to do this for a month or so after joining AT&T. Bait and switch???
