- Does not work well for syncing photos to a new iPhone
- Won’t even take you to the Cloud portion
- No links for you to get redirected there
- Post-pay account has no issues, but prepaid account has issues
- AT&T apps never work on my device
- Cannot sign in using my account login and password
- Cannot make my password the same as it was when I reset it
- Pay extra for an added cloud storage feature that won’t even let me use it
