The scanner on the app isn't working--I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't help. The scan button is just not responsive.

When I open the app, my ring shows it connects in Bluetooth, but the home tab at the bottom only displays one of various messages and the clock icon keeps circling. I do get messages that indicate the ring is making readings but I can’t see any of my results. …. I have been attempting all of this on my iPad…when I switched to my phone the app seems to be working. Will it ever work on the iPad?

After 2.21 pm today, glucose levels is not changing, even after reading the glucose value at 20 pm

Can't login to the icons, the ones of the menu.im always redirect to the pagd of age , weight , height and gender where it stops there without any continuation!! Even if i want to go back the chart appears for one or tow seconds and forwarded again to the page of weight, age etc... tried many times to uninstall and install again but nothing happened. I fixed my sensir since 24 hours and it's pairing i have the signal. Tks for your help
