very dissatisfied with the sensor. its 24hrs since putting the sensor on , yet it has not started. have requested for a call back but no one is interested. please refund my money as this product doesnt work
I have already purchased the app via App store and made annual payment. I want to login to Windows Desktop URL. Its again asking for payment ! How do I login without making double payment unnecessary ?

I just signed up for this app with the lifetime promo. It hung during registration so I reached out to tech support and they were nice and responsive. They told me they adjusted something on their end and I should try it again. It worked but I came to discover they double charged me. Reached out again and this time I received a much less friendly response. They received manager approval to do a one time courtesy to refund me since I made a mistake. Maybe fix your signup process and then educate your team?

I paid in full for this with a promo, thank goodness, it charged my card & I don’t know if you have to pay for individual series or what because there’s no explanation of what to do. I tried to play a workout series and it wants to charge me for another year. Not an friendly user app at all. Doesn’t walk you through what to do to use the app. Very frustrating and out $$

First I ended up having to sign up twice because I used an email address for the lifetime charge , that wasn’t the same as iTunes email, should have been clearer, and now I can’t sign into premium on a second device , hopeless
