The FAQ section is just the terms and conditions, how does that help with using Famio ? Can’t seem to delete a contact. Can’t add more then one person without getting premium, or add more then one saved place either. Same thing goes for any and all alerts which ok features like those I expect to be behind a paywall, but seriously can have more then one contact or saved place for the basic?

My experience with Famio is horrible. I was trying to cancel my subscription and I get the run around. Once again, cancel my subscription and I will report this website to the Better Business Bureau.

I installed this app in a panic in September but never used it. Now I have been billed 3 times for $29.95 , the most recent on Oct 10th. I unsubscribed through Google Subscriptions and IT'S STILL BILLING ME. What the fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never, ever again will I subscribe to a company I can't call on the phone. What a piece of shit company. now I have to cancel my debit card since apparantly human's don't exist in tech now.

I paid $49.99 for a subscription. Only after paying for subscription was I able to see the "fine print" of this company and how the app worked. After reading the fine print, I realized the app would not work as I had needed. I immediately wrote in and asked for a refund. This was denied and I was offered a 50% refund. I rebuked that offer and insisted on a full refund. This was denied and I was offered a 30% refund. Before ordering, I'd usually say "make sure you read the fine print." But in this case, that's not possible, until you purchase. Buyer beware! Know what you want before you agree to purchase because you won't get a full refund from this company. You will have to go through your credit card company.
