I chatted with a consultant regarding my unwanted subscription and she directed me to a secure page and ai try to fill the form but the box for card no is unable to recieve me card number cos only 16 digit can go in and I have 19digit on it

I’m just wondering how this app works? I’m getting some notifications but it lists it on my phone and not the person I’m trying to track. Also what does some of the symbols mean? Why can’t I get up to date information? Not yesterday or the day before? Also in order to view the location you have to look very quickly or the page closes is there a way to delay this?
