Find.famio.live took 39.99 out of my bank account and never had it I want a refund sick of the run around

Keeps charging my card after we were having issue not using this app. STOP CHARGING MY CARD

I wonder why I still got charged from something I didn’t use? Please refund my money back because I don’t use famio services at all. I charge for the service that I don’t use.

Famio committed an act of fraud by charging my debit card $39 when I only authorized a chage of $1. My bank is in standby to treat this as fraud and theft by famio.

I never had an account with your company dint know what's your co pany is about bit I seen a charged on my card and want a refund back please contact me back asap

I chatted with a consultant regarding my unwanted subscription and she directed me to a secure page and ai try to fill the form but the box for card no is unable to recieve me card number cos only 16 digit can go in and I have 19digit on it

I’m just wondering how this app works? I’m getting some notifications but it lists it on my phone and not the person I’m trying to track. Also what does some of the symbols mean? Why can’t I get up to date information? Not yesterday or the day before? Also in order to view the location you have to look very quickly or the page closes is there a way to delay this? I tried looking for information on the web and utube but it doesn’t have any information about any of my questions. Thank you Kristie

I need to be unsubscribed to my family and I have research now for over an hour how to delete/cancel. It is not showing up in my iOS subscriptions. There is nowhere for me to cancel the auto renewal.
