The site pulls up , however when you click on a job in acts like it’s pulling up skips over the screen to a second screen and it’s blank.we have several phones and are having the same problem Thank you for your time

How to fix Snagajob app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Snagajob app on iPhone
Update Snagajob app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Snagajob iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Snagajob on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Snagajob network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Snagajob Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Snagajob not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Snagajob App
1. On android, goto Settings » Snagajob » click [Force Stop]

Update Snagajob to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Snagajob App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Snagajob » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Snagajob.

Fix Snagajob unable to contact server/ Snagajob internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Snagajob » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Snagajob » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Snagajob
