3 years agoI could not delete the Plantyx and do not want the $59 a year subscription. Upon seeing the $59 charge with free charge I deleted the app. Under subscriptions there is no option to cancel. How can I cancel this? I do not want a year subscription. Apple subscription MK9YL4SW51. Thank you.

3 years agoHi, Its now the 5th email that I send related to Plantyx app. I copy below my previous emails: - November 7th "By mistake I suscribed to your app Plantyx. I realized just now when I saw a charge in my bank account. You will see that I haven't used the app. For that I kind you ask you to credit this charge in the same account/credit card and understand it's been a mistake. Thank you in advance for your confirmation as you read my email." - November 10th "Hello again, I did not receive any answer to my email. Here's data received informing about the subscription that I have not used at all. Please as it was not my intention and has been a mistake please credit my account with the charge you made." - November 11th Please, it's my third email!!! Can you assist me and reply to my email? After that I contacted Scopely and the have provide me this link to contact you. PLEASE, reply to this message. I kindly ask you to reimborse the amount charged through my credit card as I have never used your APP PLANTYX. Subscription was done by MISTAKE. Thank you in advance to solve this out, Enri Pastor,

Expensive lesson on free trials
I wanted to know the difference between laurels varieties in my yard so I could look for more of one type. When the app “worked” it told me laurel for both. They are different color green, have narrow and fat leaves, one is 6 feet tall after 20 years with no hedging - the other is 25 feet. Wanted the app to do better so didn’t cancel my subscription thinking I’d try again. Got an email from Apple about my year subscription being charged, no way to get a refund. “Support” email address is non-responsive

Nothing free here
This is not a free app. Not even a free trial nor demo. You can’t even see the app unless you agree to a subscription. It’s supposed to be 3 free days and you can cancel, but in order to avoid payment you must cancel a day before the trial period expires. That means you only have one day to see the app and even then you are charged before the trial starts and you get the money back after cancellation. So in order to even see how the app looks chances are you’ll lose 10 bucks. And after that is 10 bucks a week!

Didn’t identified at least one!
Nope, this app didn’t worked for me. I tried with at least 10 different plants and the results were nothing near of the type of plant it was. Also, said I needed to take better quality photos, but it was already a quality photo!
