I need to cancel free trial and see no place to cancel it

I thought this was a free app. I wish to unsubscribe, cancel, end etc., before you try to charge me even one penny!

I’m having the same issues everyone else is. I tried to cancel within the three days and no one responded. This is a insane rip off.

I tried to cancel my subscription but couldn’t and now I am charged with INR5,200. Please help me cancel it and refund the amount.

I could not delete the Plantyx and do not want the $59 a year subscription. Upon seeing the $59 charge with free charge I deleted the app. Under subscriptions there is no option to cancel. How can I cancel this? I do not want a year subscription. Apple subscription MK9YL4SW51. Thank you.

I need some help getting refunded on an accidental purchase. I see my credit card was charged $75. I had emailed you guys with the mistake right away and haven’t heard back. Please, if someone could please return my email that would be appreciated. Thank you, Laura

Hi, Its now the 5th email that I send related to Plantyx app. I copy below my previous emails: - November 7th "By mistake I suscribed to your app Plantyx. I realized just now when I saw a charge in my bank account. You will see that I haven't used the app. For that I kind you ask you to credit this charge in the same account/credit card and understand it's been a mistake. Thank you in advance for your confirmation as you read my email." - November 10th "Hello again, I did not receive any answer to my email. Here's data received informing about the subscription that I have not used at all. Please as it was not my intention and has been a mistake please credit my account with the charge you made." - November 11th Please, it's my third email!!! Can you assist me and reply to my email? After that I contacted Scopely and the have provide me this link to contact you. PLEASE, reply to this message. I kindly ask you to reimborse the amount charged through my credit card as I have never used your APP PLANTYX. Subscription was done by MISTAKE. Thank you in advance to solve this out, Enri Pastor,

I started Free trial for Apple ID wanderingmuse@redacted and immediately noticed I was charged 49.99 !!! I cancelled but it says I will have service for a year. Please refund my money ASAP!!!!! Thank you.

I cancelled my subscription a few minutes after I signed on to your plantyx plant identification app and I have been charged I would like to have that money back and more over on the app it said first 3 days were free .This is not good for your company .I see another person also comlained about this problem ...Look forward to your reply ...Thanks Brian
