I realized just now when I saw a charge in my bank account. I wanted to know the difference between laurels varieties in my yard so I could look for more of one type. When the app “worked” it told me laurel for both. They are different color green, have narrow and fat leaves, one is 6 feet tall after 20 years with no hedging - the other is 25 feet. Wanted the app to do better so didn’t cancel my subscription thinking I’d try again. Got an email from Apple about my year subscription being charged, no way to get a refund. “Support” email address is non-responsive

This is not a free app. Not even a free trial nor demo. You can’t even see the app unless you agree to a subscription. It’s supposed to be 3 free days and you can cancel, but in order to avoid payment you must cancel a day before the trial period expires. That means you only have one day to see the app and even then you are charged before the trial starts and you get the money back after cancellation.

So in order to even see how the app looks chances are you’ll lose 10 bucks. And after that is 10 bucks a week!

Nope, this app didn’t worked for me. I tried with at least 10 different plants and the results were nothing near of the type of plant it was. Also, said I needed to take better quality photos, but it was already a quality photo!
