How to fix UFCU app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the UFCU app on iPhone
Update UFCU app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall UFCU iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix UFCU on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve UFCU network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

UFCU Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix UFCU not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the UFCU App
1. On android, goto Settings » UFCU » click [Force Stop]

Update UFCU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UFCU App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UFCU » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UFCU.

Fix UFCU unable to contact server/ UFCU internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UFCU » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UFCU » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UFCU
