I cannot log into my account on the app, the website works, but my app doesn't. It says "invalid login credentials" but It's not wrong on ufuc.org. I need to deposit a check soon and I have no access to my account to do so.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent UFCU app issues:

Force Stop the UFCU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click UFCU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update UFCU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear UFCU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "UFCU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch UFCU.

Fix UFCU unable to contact server/ UFCU internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click UFCU » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got UFCU » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UFCU on android.
