How to fix Parodist app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parodist app on iPhone
Update Parodist app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parodist iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parodist on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parodist network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parodist Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parodist not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parodist App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parodist » click [Force Stop]

Update Parodist to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parodist App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parodist » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parodist.

Fix Parodist unable to contact server/ Parodist internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parodist » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parodist » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parodist
