I have a problem with Celebs

- The app requires payment to see the results, which is not mentioned upfront and can be misleading.

- The app does not provide accurate results and often matches users with people who look completely different from them.

- The app adds features to the user's picture to make them look like someone else, which is not a desirable feature.

- The app takes the user's picture without showing them the results, which can be concerning for privacy reasons.

To resolve Celebs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Celebs App
1. On android, goto Settings » Celebs » click [Force Stop]

Clear Celebs App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Celebs » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Celebs.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Celebs » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Celebs » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Celebs
