I cannot get Mountainside Fitness Workouts to work with my Samsung Smart TV. When I attempt to download the app to the TV it says this app is not compatible with Samsung. When I use smartview from my phone I can view my ANDROID Samsung 8 phone screen but cannot make the video full screen on the TV. I use other fitness apps and they cast to the TV without any issues. I can login and view the video workouts and on demand workouts using my laptop but my goal is to connect the mountainside fitness workout site phone app to my TV without having to use an HDMI cable via the laptop.

The app doesn’t send you verification emails when you “forgot password”. So I literally cannot use this app. I even had the guy at the gym change my password on his end but apparently it didn’t work. I also messaged their tech support and I have yet to receive a response. Total trash. The only reason why I need the app is to sign up for classes I guess? So hopefully someone at the gym tomorrow will be able to advise me on a different way to sign up. What a joke. Not even worth the one star I have to put.

Won’t send me a temporary password. What is the point of joining an expensive fitness club when I can’t see schedules on the app so I can schedule my day accordingly?
