I’m not seeing any messages or matches why is that happening it’s making me lost interest in thins app or paying next subscription

So last I bought coins for $40 and when I checked this morning they were not on my account I never got the coins

The coin count in my account has been deminished by more than 5 coins for each message I have wanted to send. Twice messages I have written have been deleted without being sent and the amount of coins charged has reduced my account balance by 10 to 15 coins, as well. Also the splash screen for purchasing more coins is displayed which shows the balance in the account as more than the amount of coins needed to have sent the deleted message.

Cancel now. No one told me i had to buy couns. Scamms. No one answers phones and email not supported...comes back no such email. I reported this to my credit card company.
