How to fix Singles50 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Singles50 app on iPhone
Update Singles50 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Singles50 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Singles50 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Singles50 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Singles50 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Singles50 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Singles50 » click [Force Stop]

Update Singles50 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Singles50 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Singles50 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Singles50.

Fix Singles50 unable to contact server/ Singles50 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Singles50 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Singles50 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
