I have money on the account but when I try to message something it won't go through

Can't remember the last number I used under this email used business account email with updated phone number and still can't login in .keeps sayin failed login credentials after I registered all over again .please help thanks

The inmate’s messages aren’t sending to me but my messages are sending to them

When my mother calls me from jail and it gets to where I can select one to accept the call I press one and it just keeps going through the options and doesn't allow me to select an option. Its been happening for three days. It's not my connection or wifi I don't know what it is.

Video call doesnt open when my loved one is calling me so I miss calls a lot. Some messages say pending approval and never go through while others go through no problem with no review and the jail says messages dont need to be reviewed. While on video call I csn hear them at all but they czn hear me fine. This costs way too much money to have all these problems. Thank you for your help

I always have problems useing my serve yit says error n I have to keep on trying till finally goes through hours later whys is wrong with it??

The audio is coming out through the ear piece and not through the speaker. How can I fix this?

The camera won't turn to face me .I can see him but he can't see me . I've done a camera check on your your site and it says to verify if I can see myself which I can't . I have a moto g pure phone if that helps with troubleshooting. Please help resolve this issue

Camera is facing the wrong way I can see the inmate but they can't see me. And there is not an option to rotate the camera. Very aggravating. Way to much money spent to not get the full usage of the app

Almost every time I try to get on video chat with my fiance it either freezes it gives black screen or it goes mute and I can't hear him and this is every single time I M near I try to talk to him even getting wear when I try to talk to my regular phone it cuts out on that tube and it's not because of my cell phone or my service that has nothing to do with it it should not matter what kind of boxer talking from because you sit here and say that we can't get refunds or whatever up for using a cell phone but yet you asked for our phone number so that we can log into these things are we supposed to use our damn phone number to we're not using our phones y'all know this s*** don't work right now so y'all think y'all had this disclaimer to keep you from getting your money back with you to crush it I've been had your supervisor email me just to ignore me for the past 2 weeks!!!
