I can't operate it from my phone. I have moved into a new address & can no longer operate it from my phone. My granddaughter, who is a whiz on the Internet can't get it on my phone either. I had this trouble about 3 yrs ago when first using Undok. Thank you, John Rooney

- "No compatible devices", but it sees my Denon DN-350UI once in awhile. - After attempting to connect to a "compatible access point", (a) it does not seem to connect and (b) it is a struggle to get back to the UNDOK menu. I am trying to use a Samsung XCover4 smartphone and it was already connected to the wifi network. It would be a good idea if it worked. I am not a tech, but I have managed to achieve connectivity between other devices with no problem. There goes another 2 hours of my life to tech that does not work. Looks like someone else has had the same problems.

I have Amazon music which i play through undok to a Roberts stream 67 player. It was working fine until today and now I cant search for a specific artist as no search comes back. I f I choose to play playlists it works ok but not the search function

Undok stopped working. It reports that there are no compatible devices available. When I try to go back to setting it up it says that I'm not connected to a compatible access point. I've 3 WiFi networks in my house. It was previously connected to this one and working OK. This one was rgexsame one that the Roberts Stream 2 radio was and still is connected to.. I've tried switching both my phone (Samsung Zfold 2) and the radio to all of the other networks - still no joy. Haven't a clue what is happening and neither Undok nor the radio manuals seem to help.

Spotify don't play anymore via undok. Radio plays good. Wen I start a song on Spotify the counter goes from 1 to 4 second but no music. I reset all apps, but no music. Pleas help I use the music box MB1

The app is totally flaky. Frequently just doesn't work for no apparent reason. Sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling helps, sometimes going back to factory resets with the devices and resetting up, but not always.

Magic - after 4th delete & download from Apple AppStore Undok is back and working.

Suddenly 30/03/22 each of my two Roberts stream 93i radios had yellow exclamation marks at their names on Undok run on my iPhone 13. Reinstalled app. Not cannot find radiosnn
