Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DOCPRINT app issues:

Force Stop the DOCPRINT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DOCPRINT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DOCPRINT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DOCPRINT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DOCPRINT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DOCPRINT.
