Worst app - doesn’t work, you can’t extend time, can’t easily change information. Worst people working behind it - even if you do pay, you get a warning because for some reason they can’t see that you’ve paid. But even if you do pay, they’ll find another reason to fine you to get the most money out of you.

Can’t get logged in on an iPhone there is no next or enter once you insert your phone number.

App doesn’t work.

Won’t load. Blank screen.

This is the most difficult parking app i have ever used. They need to look to Europe for what good looks like.

The new session screen is blank and there’s no way to pay.!!!!!!!!!!

Using ParkKC was easy and simple, but I believe this is where my fraudulent activity on my card occurred! Immediately took my card off and deleted ParkKC .

Can’t easily add credit cards, says I have duplicate. Lots of buttons don’t pull up keyboard. This is embarrassing, do more trials and fix these issues

App is useless, this error: “Network error, please try again.” Is the response I get when I try to register with my phone or email address. App has access to data, and nothing is blocking it.

Downloaded it twice. The first screen is enter you phone number or email, but there’s on submit button. App is so broken!!!

Worked fine until the latest iOS. ParkKC has not been updated in over a year.

There’s no enter button or arrow to advance to the next screen just “done” after you enter your phone number. This feels like a summer intern POC turned production application. A total joke.

Terrible, broken app that doesn’t allow you to even log in, and then when you use the web version none of your credit cards are valid. The worst parking app I’ve ever used.

I’ve gotten 2 tickets this week despite having paid using ParkKC . Either it’s ParkKC not relaying my payments and session # to KCMO field staff, or the KCMO employees don’t care and just give tickets to everyone regardless of using ParkKC . So it’s basically a racket.

When you’re on the move, the last thing you have time for us to sit around looking for your credit card information. ParkKC needs to be brought into modern times.

I have no problem with requiring a security check and my phone number. However, they then want my PIN number? And MY security information? Seems like a SCAM? So bottom line, this is useless & untrustworthy & if the people in government are not paying attention & they selected someone in a foreign country because it was cheap only? Then all parties involved are idiots.

APP is trash.

Neither of my payment cards could work even though there was nothing wrong on the bank side. And I was completely unable to get help from support via chat or phone. Also, why not just support Apple Pay? I fail to understand why apps make payment harder than it should be. And I also don’t trust every random app necessary to facilitate services.

Not another app to add my credit card to!!! With the frequency of hacks and data breaches, I don’t want to put my card info in ANOTHER place. Apple Pay is faster, safer, and just an easy decision. Add Apple Pay and I’ll use ParkKC .
