Worst people working behind it - even if you do pay, you get a warning because for some reason they can’t see that you’ve paid. But even if you do pay, they’ll find another reason to fine you to get the most money out of you.

I have no problem with requiring a security check and my phone number. However, they then want my PIN number? And MY security information? Seems like a SCAM? So bottom line, this is useless & untrustworthy & if the people in government are not paying attention & they selected someone in a foreign country because it was cheap only? Then all parties involved are idiots.
