I get an error when I use my account number.
BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed doesn't seem to work at all. I can't move forward in the system to select the country for either a call or telehealth appointment which means I can't request them at all with BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed . I didn't realize it was so useless. I'm sorry I got this travel insurance. we need to invest in actually making BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed work

When I try to schedule an appointment it freezes and few minutes later shows an error in red “There has been an error. Please try again later”. When I open settings and tap on “Report A Problem” it shows “Error. Something went wrong.”.

Logs you out, says people have tried contacting you when they haven’t, doesn’t give you a heads up to join the waiting room, tells you 10 mins when in reality it’s an hour, then when you do finally get into BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed waiting room it literally boots you out, logs you out of the system and says error when you try to log back in
Complete waste of time! Don’t bother with it
Disgrace in this day and age with technology so advanced and especially considering the premiums people are paying for GeoBlue this is a shambles
BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed collects all kinds of information and on the very last page throws an error “can’t be blank” when all the fields were completed. Went back and forth several times to triple-check, it would not submit the info to schedule the appointment. Very disappointing.
What’s the point of BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed if the button to connect for Telehealth keeps producing Internal Server Error message. Then the desktop version doesn’t offer a Telehealth option and refers back to BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed which doesn’t even work. I’m contacting my employer to look into the contract we have with this application.
It rarely works! When it does, you’re usually connected to a doctor who’s not even in the country. It’ll take about 2-3 days to get a prescription sent to a local pharmacy. Connection is often bad and will be garbled the whole time or just disconnect.
Made a video appointment but let getting an error message saying the video call was not available. I then got an email saying the appointment had been cancelled. When I submitted a complaint to customer service the email bounced back, saying the mailbox was full.
No update in 2 years and it hasn’t worked in as long. I can only guess it was too expensive to support so they just stopped and haven’t updated any of the GeoBlue materials or other apps. They need to stop linking to this thing. Doesn’t work.
I need to use BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed to get a new prescription but I cannot even sign up due to it automatically turning it's wireless settings off. I have tried multiple times to turn it on in the settings but it automatically turns it off when I go back to BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed .
Like the reviewer from Sept 4th, BCBSGlobalSolutionsTelemed continues to Freeze after you select your Country. I have sent messages to GeoBlue with no reply!!!!

Have fun logging in. The only thing you’ll get is a “Client code error” and then have your device blocked.
