I get an error when I use my account number.
The app doesn't seem to work at all. I can't move forward in the system to select the country for either a call or telehealth appointment which means I can't request them at all with the app. I didn't realize it was so useless. I'm sorry I got this travel insurance. we need to invest in actually making this App work

When I try to schedule an appointment it freezes and few minutes later shows an error in red “There has been an error. Please try again later”. When I open settings and tap on “Report A Problem” it shows “Error. Something went wrong.”.
