It won't allow me to download anything in 1080 or 4K. I pay for this app, it should not be this bad
I have a subscription but it won’t allow me to save the video Is there a size limit to what I can produce?

Vixer not letting me add music to projects
My Vixer app, which I love btw ! I can’t add music anyone. I can choose it , hit the plus , re play the video and no sound track at all. Down load , still no sound track Please help me 🙏🏻
When I go to upload my Vixer video to Instagram it changes the formatting and zooms in on the top left corner, making the video entirely unusable! When I select a video outside of Vixer on my phone there are no issues, only when it comes from Vixer. Please help!

Vixer erased ALL my saved videos, including the ones I was in the process of editing. Also, Vixer will not let me use any of my purchased iTunes. Please help!

Been working on a video for two weeks, now it will not save or upload. Lots of time and effort down the drain. Have the premium plan. Please advise.
This app takes a couple attempts to open and when it does it will not upload anything. I get an error message “Unknown error occurred”
I have spent hours doing a slide and sent to save it cut out and won’t save . So I checked it and my photos are not showing up in the slide area . Don’t know how to fix it and it’s so big to start from scratch. So disappointed

All of a sudden when I try to load a video I cannot and a message comes up that says “unknown error.” I also updated my iPhone to latest iOS and I wondered if Vixer is not updated too.

I have been using the Vixer app to make videos of my students and it has really been a great way of sharing a special moments with their family. However, I have become so frustrated with doing all the work to make the videos and they won’t save or export to my video sharing platform. Please help or I will have to replace this app with a different one. Best, Misty

You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Should you choose to upgrade to a Premium subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Edit and mix videos easily with just a few taps, merge multiple clips, live videos and photos to one movie. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable.
