Where do i see the user’s screen? Where do I run actions? The thumbnails are misleading

No remote control

There is no remote control or Remote Desktop access which means not solving your customers problems. You can tell your customer about the CPU in his Dell as if that ever happens. Been waiting 6 months for KaseyaFusion. What a joke.

No MFA support for VSA

No Two Factor Auth Support

How can you not support connecting to the VSA that has your own MFA Passly/AuthAnvil setup in this day and age. With all the attacks against MSPs everyone should have MFA enabled on any critical service. Yet this cannot support such security measures. Just like everything Kaseya, it’s all duck tape and bailing wire with no team talking to any other. How about you try supporting the whole product for once.

Misleading

You shouldn’t post images of features that aren’t implemented. It goes against Apple’s App Store review guidelines.

2.3.1 Don’t include any hidden or undocumented features in your app; your app’s functionality should be clear to end-users and App Review. Similarly, you should not market your app on KaseyaFusion Store or offline as including content or services that it does not actually offer (e.g. iOS-based virus and malware scanners). Egregious or repeated behavior is grounds for removal from the Developer Program. We work hard to make KaseyaFusion Store a trustworthy ecosystem and expect our app developers to follow suit; if you’re dishonest, we don’t want to do business with you.

Another update, another lack of SSO for VSA.

App is completely useless for clients using SSO for security.

Unable to use with MFA

Kaseya required MFA 2FA late last year. However I am unable to log into this application with the MFA active, telling me to whitelist the account. This seems very counter intuitive and against your own policies.

1.10.1 doesn’t work in iOS 15.1.1

The latest update that just came put does not work for in latest iOS version. Just opens and then crashes!!!! Need to fix and release update asap!!!!

Touch ID doesn’t do much if I have to log in anyway after using it. Sessions terminate in less than 24 hours. The remote control runs for a only few minutes before locking up and forcing a close of LiveConnect.

Good start but missing SD Tickets

It installed fine and connected to my server. I can see agents and assets. However, I do not see my Service Desk tickets. I am using the built-in service desk, not BMS. The picture on this store gives the impression that all tickets are supported. Please explain or support integrated tickets as well. Thank you.

Notifications?

Can we have a notifications option so that we can get notified when tickets come in or a client responds? This would make KaseyaFusion much better and more usable.

I’ve been using KaseyaFusion to access BMS for some time now. Works well enough. Now suddenly my app closes every time I open it. I’ve reinstalled twice to no good effect. What gives?

The agent lists for the VSA are finally sorted.

They had turned on the ability to run VSA scripts and then immediately turned it back off...BUMMER! That would make it more useful!

You can clear alerts that are from VSA monitoring.

No idea how useful it is for BMS users as we don’t use BMS ....

It should eventually include all features of LiveConnect to be a completely useful app.

Excellent tool for MSPs.

I use this almost daily when out in the field. I can manage all of my client machines from a single iPad or iPhone. I occasionally have an issue where it will lock up during a remote session, but simply disconnecting and reconnecting to the client makes it work again. Hopefully this will be addressed in future releases. Other than that tiny issue, I am completely satisfied with this application. It’s the perfect tool for any MSP.

I really like being able to view/edit/create tickets on the go! I can see the future of the design and expect a lot of great features to be added as it matures. I’ve never had an error message and pretty easy to use!
