Much improvement needed

Camera for taking pics of receipts shows whole screen but records less than the whole screen cutting off part of the image. Either markings to show what will be captured should be added or the whole screen should be captured.

Companies should be able to customize what fields are required and which should not be displayed at all. You have to exit a field, scroll, click to get into the next field. You should be able to go from field to field easier and if non-required fields were hidden there wouldn’t be a need to scroll.

A default value should be able to be entered in the settings where it always comes into a field unless the field is populated with something else. For example, in the location field, if it’s not already entered, a default location should automatically populate. The default value could be set and saved in settings.

Whenever you click in a field where typing is required, the keyboard appears but if you click to go to another field that also requires typing the keyboard disappears, then you have to click again to get the keyboard to appear again. You should be able to go from field to field without losing the keyboard. It’s a real time waste.

Any activity should be saved locally and on the server so if something happens to the phone all work done is saved.

Because of these things it takes much longer to enter expenses than it should.

Lacks Functionality

OracleFusionExpenses is missing a lot of features from the web based application. Fields enabled in the application do not show up in OracleFusionExpenses . Causing constant errors during validation and users being unable to complete their expense reports. What’s the point of having an app if I have to login from a computer and finish it. The sync issues do not make it any easier either, we often see duplicates. Being an implementer my recommendation to clients is always to avoid OracleFusionExpenses and not count on it. Clients often point out better features that other smaller competitive shave but Oracle doesn’t. If you’re moving to the cloud, OracleFusionExpenses cannot stay behind.

Part time developer support?

I wonder if there’s anyone keeping OracleFusionExpenses up to date. Horrible support. Latest problem occurs after update to iOS13. Can’t attached a image from Photos, your only option is taking a picture of a receipt, so you better figure out a way to print everything.

Apple please ban this app

This is ridiculous and embarrassing for a company like Oracle to offer such an outdated app and haven’t been able to adapt to the bigger screen sizes after years. Apple should ban OracleFusionExpenses until they come up with a totally upgraded version and support current device standards. This is not a free flashlight app. This is a corporate app for enterprise software companies pay for.

Ancient App- not ready for 21st century

We recently implemented Oracle Cloud at our company and I had to make the difficult decision of rolling back OracleFusionExpenses from all our employee’s devices.

OracleFusionExpenses is nothing like the web client and is extremely unintuitive. It is nearly impossible to use if you’ve integrated your corporate card program into Oracle and have integrated file feeds from your bank.

Oracle needs to rollout a new app ASAP or they will start losing customers to SAP. If they spent any time or money on developing a new app it would be an improvement.

Please, please, please scrap OracleFusionExpenses and rebuild something. You are embarrassing yourselves.

Inability to search for Projects and Task

The free text field for projects and task in OracleFusionExpenses but a list of values in the web app makes OracleFusionExpenses hard to utilize for our business. Agree with other comments, OracleFusionExpenses feels like an after thought and could be much better.

One and Done

Seems as if I login incorrectly once, I have to uninstall and reinstall OracleFusionExpenses

Very frustrating for users

Worst iPhone app I have used

My company forced us to switch from concur to this.
It wins the prize for the worst app I have ever used on a phone, by far.
Missing features available on the web version & the UI really needs an update.

Would give 0 starts if that is possible

Unable to connect SSO- so other features not reviewed

I cannot type in the SSO provided by my company to get a login page. I tried with both iOS 13.3.1 and 13.4.1 on an iPhone 8.

Interestingly, I can get the SSO link to work on the first generation iPad Pro running iOS 13.3.1. Although, the product does not appear to be formatted for a tablet.

Poor Support on this App

Oracle came with many great applications but this is not up to Oracle’s mark. The product is not properly tested internally the initial login through SSO itself was not tested properly. There are login issues in v 6.1.3, it took close to 3 months for Oracle to fix the issues. It’s a total loss of 3months for companies who implemented OracleFusionExpenses using SSO. Really pathetic!

Terrible

App crashes constantly. Cannot submit an expense report via app. Multiple issues with data when you upload to expense report. Sometimes the data gets lost.

-10 stars

Seriously! Not even updated to support newer iPhones?

What a piece of junk. OracleFusionExpenses isn’t even formatted for the last several generations of iPhones. Utilizes the old keyboard and doesn’t fill the screen on the new iPhones. Come on Oracle, get it together.

Just awful

I would be embarrassed if I was Oracle putting this out. Horrible functionality and a pain to navigate

App locks when adding picture

Since the last iOS update, OracleFusionExpenses freezes when trying to add an attachment to an expense item.

Ok, but not mature enough

OracleFusionExpenses is okay, but when it actually gets down to integrating with your ERP app, there are too many limitations. It is a potential 'supplemental' tool to Oracle's online iExpense tool, but the cool features OracleFusionExpenses has don't seem to flow through to the ERP, so the benefit is completely lost. For instance, it integrates with your calendar so that you can bring in names from a calendar invite or your exchange contacts, but then they don't flow through to the actual submitted expense report. If there is an audit requirement for that and the expense audit is done from within the ERP system, then you're non-compliant. Also, the syncing between app and ERP is too limited and one-sided. Hopefully Oracle will invest in further improvements. Until then, I don't see our company considering OracleFusionExpenses any further.

Doesn’t work for SSO

OracleFusionExpenses is not working for SSO users since the release of 6.1.3 version. Oracle didn’t fix this issue since two months. Such a poor support process.

By

Waste of time

It is mind boggling that a company the size of Oracle cannot make a better app. Never works.

Cant Change Type of Expenses

Embarrassing Expense App

This expense app is so outdated and behind the times. They need to take a look at what Concur is doing and make some major adjustments or just kill OracleFusionExpenses altogether...

Not ready for prime time
