How can you not support connecting to the VSA that has your own MFA Passly/AuthAnvil setup in this day and age. With all the attacks against MSPs everyone should have MFA enabled on any critical service. Yet this cannot support such security measures. Just like everything Kaseya, it’s all duck tape and bailing wire with no team talking to any other. How about you try supporting the whole product for once.

There is no remote control or Remote Desktop access which means not solving your customers problems. You can tell your customer about the CPU in his Dell as if that ever happens. Been waiting 6 months for this app. What a joke.
