Close and restart the Notan app on iPhone
Update Notan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Notan iPhone app

To resolve Notan network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Notan app issues:

Force Stop the Notan App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Notan app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Notan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notan App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Notan app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Notan.

Fix Notan unable to contact server/ Notan internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Notan » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Notan » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Notan on android.
