How to fix rekordbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the rekordbox app on iPhone
Update rekordbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall rekordbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix rekordbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve rekordbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

rekordbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix rekordbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the rekordbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » rekordbox » click [Force Stop]

Update rekordbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear rekordbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » rekordbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart rekordbox.

Fix rekordbox unable to contact server/ rekordbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click rekordbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto rekordbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch rekordbox
