Openroad iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix Openroad app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Openroad app on iPhone
Update Openroad app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Openroad iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Openroad on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Openroad network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Openroad Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Openroad not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Openroad App
1. On android, goto Settings » Openroad » click [Force Stop]

Update Openroad to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Openroad App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Openroad » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Openroad.

Fix Openroad unable to contact server/ Openroad internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Openroad » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Openroad » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Openroad
