How to fix Afterglow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Afterglow app on iPhone
Update Afterglow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Afterglow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Afterglow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Afterglow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Afterglow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Afterglow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Afterglow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Afterglow » click [Force Stop]

Update Afterglow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Afterglow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Afterglow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Afterglow.

Fix Afterglow unable to contact server/ Afterglow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Afterglow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Afterglow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Afterglow
