2 years agoI cancelled their subscription ($12/month) on Aug 10, 2020. I just now realized that they have been charging my card $12/mth for the last year (today is Sept 14, 2021) and I expect an immediate STOP to any and all charges and a complete & full refund of all the charges from now until the date at which I cancelled (Aug 10, 2020).

2 years agoI started a free trial and something happened and I can't now access my account. I get the message "ops, something happened, try again or contact customer service" Can't figure out how to contact customer service. Anyway please cancel my recent "trial" (Aug 17th, 2021). and don;t charge my credit card after the seven day "free trial". I may try to sign on later.

3 years agoI started a free trial and only meant to use this for a month because I had trouble with it. I canceled this but still see payment coming out for the past few months. I am contacting you officially cancel my subscription with smallpdf amd demand a refund of all the months I was not using this for.

3 years agoI did not subscribe to smallpdf and removed the SW from my computer. but my credit card gets charged with $106. Please remove any links to my email address and remove the $106 charge on my cc ending with 6885. The cc company alerted me that it could be a fraud so they stopped the payment until I respond. One Word: Horrible
When I first downloaded Smallpdf, it worked easily and efficiently. I had many important documents on the app which said synced to cloud. Unfortunately I had an important assignment due, by now I had been using Smallpdf for a couple months, when suddenly the app stopped working and I couldn’t make a single pdf. On top of that, all my previous PDFs were lost and it was really annoying. I’m truly disappointed in the developers for not noticing this issue and resolving it.

I like the desk top version better
Not all the tools are available. I couldn’t split my document. The app is glitchy, it wouldn’t allow me to enter certain text ( C03 ) is what I wanted on a certain line but wouldn’t show the text. I ended up typing C zero three and it allowed it. Frustrating. I use this all the time on my laptop and it’s awesome, but the mobile version could use some work.

Very buggy, confusing, limited
Very confusing account management. Had to re-sign up with my business and personal emails. Product is not supported. Can’t ask a question, eg how do I delete files from gallery? There is no option.
