I ordered through the app, I have been charged and a few minutes later they canceled the order saying the store is closed. It’s 5pm, I called the store and they close only at 8pm. So the store is not closed. They couldnt explain why the order was canceled and can not be delivered. Yet, I have been charged for the food and it will take 4 to 5 gays for me to be refunded. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 great customer service
If I only had those $20 dollars to eat, I’d have to wait 5 days to be able to buy something else.

Each time I try to use the app by clicking on “Order” on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, I receive the error message that there is no internet connection. However when I click on “more” and select “menu”, scroll down the page and select “order now”, I can create and place an order. Clearly there is no problem with the internet connection, there’s a problem with the functionality of the app. Please fix. Users should be able to select “order” from the app menu, not have 3 or more steps to navigate to place an order.

I like the rewards program that goes along with the app, however online ordering is not functional because in-person orders are given much higher priority than online orders, and so it took over 30 minutes for my meal to come out. Not only that, but there was less food given in the bowl than usual. They also forgot parts of my order. I can’t say I’ll use online ordering ever again.
