I love ordering Bibibop through BIBIBOPRewards ! It is extremely convenient and helps me stay safe and healthy because I don’t have to stand in line with all the other people. Bibibop is my favorite take out place so I asked for gift cards to eat there for my birthday and the holidays. I was so excited to receive gift cards but I can’t upload any of them to BIBIBOPRewards . I am very frustrated and I think it’s ridiculous that BIBIBOPRewards doesn’t have a feature to add gift cards. I will be happy to update my review to 5 stars when a gift card feature is added to BIBIBOPRewards . Thank you!!

Each time I try to use BIBIBOPRewards by clicking on “Order” on the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, I receive the error message that there is no internet connection. However when I click on “more” and select “menu”, scroll down the page and select “order now”, I can create and place an order. Clearly there is no problem with the internet connection, there’s a problem with the functionality of BIBIBOPRewards . Please fix. Users should be able to select “order” from BIBIBOPRewards menu, not have 3 or more steps to navigate to place an order.

Omg I eat on the good single an want a good fresh meal. I went to subway an the put my stuff in a bag an put in a microwave, just to tell u I left an have never been back. Don’t do this to my food !!!! I heard about this new place bibibop
What is that ? You’ll love it !!! So I went in 2017 and I am a loyal customer since. I go not less that 1 once per week an some weeks 5 so I know !!! Don’t miss out try it and you too will be hooked ! I took my date her omg she now asks me to bring her over here to have a meal ! I love it !

This is my second or third time going to Bibibop. I recently was in the hospital and I am on a strict diet. One of my friends suggested eating at Bibibop. The food fits my diet plan perfectly. They have numerous foods that help to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar. This is very important to many people and I would suggest the dine at Bibibop to help their health.

Just opened in Hilliard. Great food and great service! Store manager Soo stopped at our table to be sure everything was good…extra great service! We’re so glad you have opened a store here! We’ll be back…a lot!

I ordered through BIBIBOPRewards , I have been charged and a few minutes later they canceled the order saying the store is closed. It’s 5pm, I called the store and they close only at 8pm. So the store is not closed. They couldnt explain why the order was canceled and can not be delivered. Yet, I have been charged for the food and it will take 4 to 5 gays for me to be refunded. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 great customer service
If I only had those $20 dollars to eat, I’d have to wait 5 days to be able to buy something else.

I like the rewards program that goes along with BIBIBOPRewards , however online ordering is not functional because in-person orders are given much higher priority than online orders, and so it took over 30 minutes for my meal to come out. Not only that, but there was less food given in the bowl than usual. They also forgot parts of my order. I can’t say I’ll use online ordering ever again.

App ok-it should allow for sauce on the side option. I only like a small amount of gochujang sauce on the side, not a huge sloppy portion on my bowl. Additionally, I like kimchi but not a lot-a portion control option would also be nice.

I normally eat at Bipibop about 3 times a week. It’s good fresh food, and it’s right across the street.

But it’s expensive (and the prices just went up). It’s $10 minimum for a tofu bowl, which means about $90 / month with my routine.

However I could justify it a little because of the punch card, where every 8th meal was free. Now every 11th meal is half off.

Plus I hate apps. Do I want another thing on my phone? No. I don’t. I don’t like cards in my wallet either, but before it was worth it because of the regularity of my visits.

This is just a disappointing “feature” that doesn’t benefit me.

I like the people who work there, so why would I order online?

Every time I visit this location, I am always welcomed and treated as if I am special, especially by the manager. I stop by often, and the visit will change my attitude and make me engaged better in the day. Plus, I feel I am eating a healthy meal.

I don’t mind paying extra for the delicious broccoli but I would like to have at least a nice portion. Not just ca couple pieces smaller than my pinky. We drive an hour to get BiBiBop. We absolutely love it.

I ordered food through BIBIBOPRewards many times and they forget to put the sauces in the bag almost every time. There is no way to let them know that I need extra stuff when I order it online which is annoying. Also, they give me rewards but often BIBIBOPRewards doesn’t let me use them and it’s so frustrating.

Exceptional customer service. Information on every possible choice. well-managed. A ton of food for your money. Delicious and fresh. Great value. Clean and safe. We will be back!

A little stingy with the protein(meat) - didn’t even give the full scoop. Should get a full scoop especially since the scoop itself is small ! Also, we bought 3 small bowels 2 were chicken and one was steak- they charged us for 2 steak. I did not go back in due to how busy they were.

Just the best Bibibop I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. Whole staff is so friendly and one of the better parts of my day.

The food here is only matched by the people serving it. I come here way too often and have never had a bad meal. And the service is the best!

The BIBIBOP app was intuitive, user friendly, and anticipated my activities.
It was obviously designed and developed by a talented professional team.

The location I would previously go to would give out punch cards and every 5th bowl was free. Then they increased it and every 8th bowl was free, which was fine. It was still worth it to go. Now, every 10-11 bowls I get is $5 off?? No thank you. A bowl is around $10 so spending around $100 just to get $5 off a bowl takes away the incentive.

Since becoming vegan there are not many places to choose from! This is May favorite and so glad they are here!

I usually don’t write reviews, however it’s frustrating when one of the main selling points of downloading this is that your previous rewards will transfer over. Long story short, they do not which is a huge let down because I eat here often and racked up a huge rewards total.

My family has waited anxiously for this location to open. Awesome service, clean space and great food! Well be back soon!

Soo the manager is so pleasant and her attention to details was very evident in the way is displayed and plated. Many people have take out orders but the outside covered dining is very welcome in this Covid era.

You guys are giving other places a run for the $$$. Quality food, great prices. Keep up the good work.

My family loves to eat out at BIbibop!
Healthy eating is very important to us and we can accomplish that at Bibibop and for a good price as well! Korean Red sauce and kimchi makes it all complete! Purple rice and japchae noodles are delicious.
