I give it no stars I’m constantly having issues and it needs to be updated or something because I’m completely lost with what’s going on at work. And I feel like no believes that I’m having problems. I give up.

SFESS isn’t allowing my store manager see my request off and it’s getting hard to schedule accordingly!

Doesn’t even load! This is constantly an issue, it gets a temporary fix and then it’s right back to a crashing app. You can’t even get to the log in portion because it crashes upon opening. This is an ongoing issue for myself and my co-workers. We’ve tried deleting and re downloading SFESS , updating SFESS , turning off cellular data, nothing. The features of SFESS are cool but what’s the use if you can’t actually get into SFESS . Tried reaching out to app support just to find a broken link. Lackluster.

For the most part SFESS works however, it’s suddenly stuck in dark mode on the main screen. I also have an issue with acknowledging my time cards. I’ve tried to delete SFESS and re download it to fix the issue but it’s not resolved. I’m not the only employee having this issue! This has been a new issue probably starting the beginning of November.

I keep my phone in dark mode and after the last update the entire UI is bugged and blacked out when I open it. If changed to light mode it’s fine, but I shouldn’t have to alter my personal phone preferences in order to use SFESS. It is a bug that I have not encountered until this update.

I hate writing bad reviews but SFESS is just terrible. Every time I go to sync my schedule with my iCalendar, SFESS shuts out on me. Also, I don’t have ANY of the features that they show in the preview photos and I have an iPhone 11. I think SFESS has a lot of potential if the developers fix these issues.

I use SFESS for work to see my schedule and hours but it keeps crashing and i thought maybe i could delete SFESS and then redownload SFESS but now it won’t even let me sign in , it just keeps crashing out

App crashes way too often. The way how the new interface is set up it does not send notification alerts when my employer posts a schedule week to week like it used to.

App is garbage, doesn’t allow for you to use dark mode, doesn’t allow you to reset password, and their website doesn’t allow you to contact them without a work email. I’m part time and don’t have a work email.

As a manager I feel horrible for my employees because ESS wise SFESS has horrible bug issues. Before & After the visual update... please correct this, I love the idea and the layout, just wish it wasn’t so buggy and wouldn’t crash!

There is a big flaw which every time I try to enter to check my schedules SFESS does not open, it closes constantly and does not allow to enter. resolve that fault as soon as possible.

With this new update it made most of its feature dark black and you can’t see certain aspects of the content!!!!!

SFESS keeps crashing and I can’t get into it. I’ve even deleted and redownloaded it. Cannot access my schedule because it won’t work!!

SFESS doesn’t even open for me and a white box pops up. It needs to be updated! I can’t see my schedule for work which is very annoying

I have SFESS on an iPhone 11 and SFESS clearly doesn’t support a format for the newer iPhone X and iPhone 11 models. It also prompted me when I login if I’d like to enable Touch ID, which again is not a feature supported by the newer models.

It loads SLOW or NOT AT ALL. I use SFESS to check my schedule for my job. As a manager SFESS is terrible.
