I just had to pay to even use the white backgrounds…. And then they’re pixelated and doesn’t match.. they even had fake shirts that don’t match !!! It’s just an awful app!!

The white background replacement on the photo was absolutely ridiculously done, and not usable at all. Left a fuzzy halo around the person. If I can give a zero star, I would, since it’s not usable at all. I have requested a refund. Hopefully, they will honor it.

It’s definitely cheaper than real passport pictures from Walgreens or CVS, I only paid $4.99, but PassportPhotoIDMaker needs a lot of improvement…. Maybe if you get the more expensive version, you would have more options or printing and adjustments on the pic.

Not only were the photos The wrong size, I had to upgrade it three times before it would allow me to actually use PassportPhotoIDMaker . I will be asking for my money back because I have to redo everything.

Don’t waste your money. The demo looks better than what it is. Worst app I have purchased. The white background is pixelated and clothes does not fit. There is not a guide how to use PassportPhotoIDMaker . I am extremely disappointed.

Looks good until you buy and find that trying to print on photo paper makes it look like crap.

The edge between the background and the person is blurred, showing apparent signs of editing. Photo got rejected by consulate, do not waste money on this software.

In general PassportPhotoIDMaker does not do what is advertises. The background correction does not work. It never actually gives you a photo at the end.

The $5.99 premium option to add a automatic background change does not worth a penny. Customer service will not answer messages. A complete ripoff

This is just a cropping tool. Makes the photo to the size you need. There any many free online tools that does a better job in background elimination.

I bought this so I could add white backgrounds to passport photos. The backgrounds are awful and pixelated on the edges, looks like it was done by a toddler in MS paint. Completely unusable. And developer doesn’t allow refunds. Terrible purchase!

On the Background Editing 1- Manually edit: a- can’t not do & undo the current step if making mistakes. b- Suggest to add function buttons for each -Objects erase & Objects add -Background erase & Background add 2- Software is unable to rotate Clothes to fit well to face. 3- Software is unable to do a good job removing or removing too much area around hairs from the Subject’s. Also, it can’t retrieve the previous the last job created or history.
