I have a problem with FancyKey

User reports:
No current problems

- Some of the keyboard themes require diamonds, which can take a long time to accumulate.

- The custom keyboards may not work well with certain apps, such as Roblox.

- The app requires a membership fee to access more than three keyboards.

- The app has a community feature that can be abused by users who report keyboards for no reason, taking the fun out of creating and sharing them.

To resolve FancyKey network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the FancyKey App
1. On android, goto Settings » FancyKey » click [Force Stop]

Clear FancyKey App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FancyKey » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FancyKey.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FancyKey » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FancyKey » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FancyKey
