My fiancee and I are truck drivers so we have well over $10 in our bank accounts at all times. The few is (9.99). Yet, they are trying to claim even with bank statements that her payment failed. Both of us have been trying to get in contact with them and they are unresponsive. The only way to contact them IS THROUGH CHAT. BEWARE. My fiancee has no subscriptions coming out of the account so she wants to close the account seeing as they are trying to ruin her credit by making it impossible to make a payment. They are doing so by not allowing the “make a payment” button to be active on the website or app. It's as if they are trying to set her up to fail and we have screen recordings of all of this as well as there unresponsiveness and inability to solve a simple question with an answer. They immediately redirected her instead of answering her questions. I'm soon to close my account as well. NOW I have to reach out to several family members and tell tyem the app I referred isnt everything I hoped to be. Because if they are being this way with her when the ERROR is on them, I would hate to see what they do when they mess up my account or theirs. I don't have time to babysit this, when I came to grow to help not harm my credit score.

I was excited to sign up for this card. I attached it to all of my streaming subscriptions!
But after that, I can’t log into my app. I’d first like to point out that there is no “remember me” option. You have to skip through the intro everytime - and AFTER I attached my card, the loading time to actually log in is ridiculous. There is atleast a 30 second lag between what I type, and the words showing up on my screen, and when I finally logged in, the loading screen was so long, I had to turn my phones screen back on after it turned off THREE times - and I still wasn’t logged in before the screen shut off a fourth time and I gave up.
And why do I have to pay $5 a month to add my phone bill? Why does that require a premium account? Why am I paying you $5 so I can pay my phone bill?
Just go elsewhere. An account here is a WASTE of time - and a premium account is a waste of time AND money.

Why? Per, Grow Credit is the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of utilizing for 2 years now and no loyalty from them, as they have the audacity to list a late payment on my report, even though I owe them 0$ and cancelled every sub going to this fake credit app; which I will contest til my last breath, more below.
As they have the most Stone Age basic payment system where even if one has CASH in their Checking account - the payment encounters an error.
Thereafter, without even a friendly Courtesy, even after disabling every single subscription going to grow credit, and asking them personally to shut down my account… they did NOTHING and now I have to spend my TIME contesting this Bogus late payment.
Thus, I will kindly be pursuing every single avenue of CFPB, BBB, and ALL sources of Consumer Protection to ensure no one else has to go through this Worst in Class: Holistic (all of it) Joke of a App/Scam. In my opinion, these are scammers and they don’t even reach out to their customers.
Stay far far away, I instead recommend Chime’s Credit Builder- that is a Real Credit Improving product. Not this, Be WARY my friends, I hope no one else suffers as I have by the hands of Grow Credit.
